I just had a very annoying situation where I setup the DNS of a new domain using Freethought.
I figured it would be easy as I had pointed DNS to Flywheel before.
A simple CNAME and two A records.
But for an entire day for some reason the DNS was not propagating.
There was no helpful info on possible solutions to this as their help section seems to have been overhauled recently.
Luckily Google cache came to the rescue, allowing me to find this:
Thus I added “six.freethought-dns.net” to the domains name servers.
And within minutes the DNS was propagating.
